It should be recognized that in today ‘s society, it is a vital role for physical activity in the development of our children. A program of regular exercise is absolutely necessary for your children. It helps to grow healthy. Our program will enhance the physical, social and mental training of your children, giving your children happiness and fun.


In the course, children will be trained in body coordination, ball skills and individual skill, whilst the older children will concentrate on improving individual and team skills - leading in various sports. Activities include: Mini-Basketball, badminton, football, tennis, volleyball, bowling.
