BEGINNER I (6 YRS to 9 YRS) , BEGINNER II (9 YRS to 15 YRS)
A beginner’s course to learn all the basics. Great emphasis is placed on having fun while you learn. Students learn basic skills, such as gripping methods, serving the call, batting and physical training.
INTERMEDIATE (8 YRS or above with more than 1-year experience)
The course focuses on refining the basic skills. Advanced skills include underhand clear, net shot, forecourt and backcourt footwork, smash and drop will be introduced.
ADVANCE (10 YRS or above) (Under coaches recommendation)
Participants will further develop and receive intensive training on advanced skills, competition strategies, and physical fitness. Student executes proper from on all strokes; can play competent games of singles and doubles and is using spin. Has relatively consistent serve and understands basic strategy.
ADULT BEGINNERS (15 YRS or above)
To have a regular healthy sport in order to relax and express working pressure.
